Meatballs and Mash
This is the only meatballs and mash recipe you will ever need . The meatballs are so juicy and full of flavor and the creamy gravy and fluffy potatoes pair perfectly with it .

2 clovesgarlic

½ cupparsley
chopped

For the gravy
Instructions
For the mashed potatoes
Step 1
Peel and chop potatoes then cook until fork tender
Step 2
Mash the potatoes then add butter salt to taste pepper and cream. I like to use a Whisk to fluff up the potatoes .

For the meatballs
Step 3
Add all the ingredients into a bowl salt to taste and mix thoroughly . Gently roll into. Meatballs that are not too tight so it will be nice and fluffy and juicy.

Step 4
Brown meatballs both sides in a pan with olive oil then remove and set aside
For the gravy

After you have removed the meatballs fry an onion in the same pan until
Golden then add flour and cook for a minute. Whisk in the broth ( a good quality broth will have a much better flavor)

Whisk until smooth then add pepper and cream . Add back in the meatballs and cover and cook for 5 minutes to soak up the flavor then serve with the potatoes and gravy and enjoy
