Instructions

Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes into cubed pieces. Toss in a pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
Step 2
In a separate pan, sautĂŠ chopped white onions, green pepper, and plum tomatoes until softened. Add ground beef and season with your favorite spices. Cook until browned, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Step 3
To assemble, layer the crispy potatoes, any melted cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, sautĂŠed onions, and ground beef.
Step 4
Drizzle with your favorite sauce—I used Primal Kitchen’s Special Sauce.
