Simple Cauliflower Rice

Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop the cauliflower florets and stems and place in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower pieces are approximately the size of grains of rice.

In a medium saucepan with a lid, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cauliflower rice and salt to taste and mix well.

Cover, reduce the heat to low, and steam for 4-6 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Serve immediately.
