Add light soy dark soy garlic ginger honey red and pepper flakes to a bowl and whisk together ( note use less red pepper flakes if you want less of a kick and more if you want a spicier kick)

Step 2
Pour the marinade on the salmon and let it sit for ten minutes then get it into a roasting dish and baste the salmon all over . Add spring onions on top Roast at 190 c 380 f for 12-15 minutes basting half way in between to get it nice and sticky . Once cooked serve with rice or any sides and enjoy .
