Instructions

Step 1
Clean the salmon fillet from the scales. Wash it and wipe it with paper towels.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the meat, both on the red side and on the skin.
Step 3
In a bowl mix: oil, citrus juices, honey, garlic, paprika and soy sauce.
Step 4
Cover the oven tray with aluminum foil and place the fish in it. Massage the salmon fillet well with this mixture and pour the rest of the sauce into the pan. Close the edges of the aluminum sheet so as to create a nest around the fish.
Step 5
Bake the fish in the oven heated to 200°, approx. 35 min. In order to obtain juicy meat, but also a beautiful color, I suggest you brush the salmon fillet with the sauce from the pan. Repeat this procedure every 10 minutes.
