Instructions

Step 1
Mince your onion and garlic and chop up your pepper

To a skillet, brown your ground beef and drain

Once the ground beef is browned, add in your onion, garlic, and pepper. Cook until tender

Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and let simmer for 10 mins.

In a pot boil water, add salt if desired

Once the water comes to a boil, add in your pasta and cook according to the instructions.

Once cooked, drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat

Wisk the flour into the butter

Gradually wisk in the milk. Cook until the sauce thickens and starts to bubble.

Reeuce the heat to low and add in the shredded cheese. mix until well combined and smooth.

Once the sauce is smooth and well combined, mix the pasta into the sauce along with the sloppy joe mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve!
