Homemade Meatball Dinner and Freezer Meal Kit for Meatballs and Gravy and for Spaghetti and Meatballs

This recipe will make four meals worth of meatballs. You can serve two for meatballs and gravy and two for spaghetti and meatballs.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. This is going to take you a little while so take your time and do it right. You don’t want all the spices in one place.
Step 2
Form into meatballs (this should make at least 8 dozen or 100 meatballs). Save out about 25 out for tonight's dinner.
Step 3
Flash freeze the rest on parchment-lined cookie sheets or pans. Divide into 3 freezer storage bags with about 25 in each bag.

Tonight's Dinner

Step 4
Heat the gravy, and make a family-sized portion of mashed potatoes.

Tomorrow's Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs

Step 5
Put water in large pot(s) and heat to boiling.
Step 6
Brown meatballs in a frying pan.
Step 7
Add noodles to pot(s) when water is boiling and cook according to package instructions.
Step 8
Add @48 oz. sauce to browned meatballs and heat until warm. This can simmer for hours, if you wish.
Step 9
Serve with garlic bread/knots and salad.
