Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot brown ground beef. Once done drain any excess grease.
Step 2
Add in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, rotel, corn, tomato soup, and water. Bring to a boil
Step 3
Once boiling add in pepper jack cheese a little at a time. Stir constantly until all cheese has melted then return to a boil.
Step 4
Add in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let sit until rice is done. If it is to thin more rice can be added until all liquid is absorbed.
Step 5
Once rice is done topwith shredded cheddar cheese and recover. Serve once cheese on top has melted. Can be topped with sour cream if desired.
