Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of salt water to a boil and cook pasta according to the package
Step 2
While the pasta cooks, brown your Italian sausage over medium high heat
Step 3
While your meat cooks, chop your veggies. I used tomatoes but you can use whatever you have in your fridge!
Step 4
Once the meat is almost done cooking, add your veggies and cook them down for about 5 minutes
Step 5
Mix sauce into the meat
Step 6
Add Boursin cheese and continue stirring until the cheese is melted and well incorporated
Step 7
Drain your pasta and add it to the sauce
Step 8
Stir well
Step 9
Top with cheese, turn the heat down to medium low, cover and cook for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted
Step 10
Top with Italian seasoning and enjoy!
