Eton Mess
1 step
Prep:5min
Eton mess is one of England’s best loved desserts and when cream is replaced with yoghurt it is also a HighSatiety diet dessert! This is a switch you don’t really notice with the sweetness from the meringues. This recipe uses purchased meringues and therefore requires no cooking and can be put together in just minutes. With an energy density of under 1 calorie per gram this dessert seems way too indulgent as diet food! Vegans can substitute the Greek yoghurt for their preferred non-dairy substitute. Strawberries can also be switched for any other fruit.
