Instructions
Step 1
Take one square of chocolate and set it aside for garnish then melt the rest in a heat proof bowl . Use cupcake cases or silicone ones and layer the chocolate up the sides then freeze for ten minutes and repeat the process one more time . ( you can use smaller ones for mini desserts just use half the chocolate for the filling)
Step 2
Whisk mascarpone and vanilla in a bowl together then add the rest of the cooled melted chocolate in and mix until combined .

Step 3
Carefully remove the chocolate cases and fill with the filling. Add the chopped chocolate for garnish then serve immediately or put in the fridge to chill.
