Ingredients
8 servings
2 x 14 ouncekielbasa
packages, sliced into coins
10.5 ouncecan cream of chicken soup
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspdijon mustard
2 cupscheddar cheese shredded
and divided
1 cupchicken broth
28 ouncesfrozen Potatoes O’Brien with onions and peppers
¼ cupsour cream
½ tspblack pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspmustard powder
1 tsporegano
Instructions
Step 1
Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray or use a crock pot liner.
Step 2
Add in the frozen potatoes and the sliced kielbasa to the crock pot.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl add the chicken broth, sour cream, seasonings and cream of chicken soup. Whisk together and pour into the crock pot.
Step 4
Add in 1 cup of shredded cheddar and mix together.
Step 5
Cook on low for 3 hours. Add in the remaining cheddar cheese and stir.
Step 6
Spoon into bowls,. Garnish with sliced green onion, extra cheddar cheese and enjoy!
