Step 1
Once the milk is starting to warm up, add the semolina bit by bit and continuously stir. Stir until you get the consistency desired (some people like it more runny, others more stiff). One, the semolina at at/close to room temperature add the honey and stir. On top add the cinnamon, nuts and raspberries
