Instructions
Step 1
In large bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar.




Step 2
Open can of Guinness and slowly pour into 4 c. measuring cup (reducing foam). Pour 1/2 Guiness into saucepan.

Add 2 1/4 cups cream and whisk to combine. Set over med. heat, whisking occasionally, until bubbles begin to form.


Step 4
Remove from heat, add chocolate and whisk until smooth.


Step 5
Slowly pour chocolate mixture onto eggs, whisking constantly.

Step 6
Return mixture to saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly until mixture thickens (15 m).


Step 7
Pudding separates so blend with blender then serve into glasses (with 1 in. space on top) refrigerate.

Step 8
Pour remaining Guinness into small saucepan and bring to boil on med.

Reduce to low heat for about 20 min.

Step 10
Beat remaining cream until soft peaks form, add Guiness syrup and beat until combined. Top glasses with cream.
