Instructions

Step 1
Clean the beetroots. Wrap them in foil and bake for 1 hour on 200C. (Skip this step if you use pre-roasted beetroots)
Step 2
2. cut the beetroot in small pieces.
Step 3
3. Chop the walnuts in smaller pieces. They don't have to me finely chopped. Roast in a pan.
Step 4
4. Add the lettuce, beet, goat cheese, walnuts and apple vinegar to a bowl. Enjoy
Step 5
(for dinner i like to eat it with chicken and bread on the side XX
