Your classing Cesar salad but with a little twist…ROASTED GARLIC! I could have never imagines the amount of flavor adding roasted garlic to a salad completely transforms the flavors of the salad. The roasted garlic added so much flavor you honestly did not need to add dressing. The strength of the aroma of the roasted garlic was the perfect top off to such a simple yet classic Cesar salad!

Instructions
For the roasted garlic
Step 1
Cut off both ends of garlic. Drizzle your oil of choice (I used olive oil which I think compliments Cesar salad well) and completely cover with aluminum foil and place in preheated (450 degrees) oven and cook for 20 min.

Step 2
Wash and drain chopped lettuce. Add seasonings—salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add roasted garlic (full cloves) and top with Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine and serve! *I recommended adding your dressing as you serve the salad to ensure the lettuce stays nice and crunchy*
