Instructions

Step 1
In jug - yeast then sugar then make up to 330g with warm water
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients
Step 3
Pour in water mixture
Step 4
Kneed 10 mins, rest 5 mins then kneed 10 more mins
Step 5
Leave to rise 2hrs, then kneed and into tray 1hr
Step 6
Oven fan at 200 for 10 mins then reduce to 180 for ?20 mins
