2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 Tbspthai red curry paste
1 ½ cupswater
½ cupcoconut milk
1 tspsoy sauce
1 ½ Tbspfish sauce
1 Tbspsugar
1pak choi
cut in half, or other greens, like, spinach
10frozen dumplings

Instructions
Step 1
Put oil in pan on medium heat
Step 2
Add red curry paste and fry for 2 minutes
Step 3
Add boiling water & coconut milk and stir
Step 4
Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar
Step 5
Add in bok choy or spinach and dumplings (straight from the packet) and cook for 5 minutes
