Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° line a bread baking loaf pan with parchment paper, and set aside
Step 2
In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas, maple syrup, two eggs, coconut oil until combined
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and mix until completely combined
Step 4
Pour the mixture in the baking loaf pan, spread it evenly and sprinkle chocolate chips on top
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until you can stick a toothpick in it and it is dry
Step 6
To make the jam, take one cup of frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup of Monk, fruit sugar and 1/3 cup of Chia seeds put it in a sauce pan and cook until strawberries have softened
Step 7
Mash the strawberry chunks until it becomes a jam and cook for five minutes set a side to cool until it becomes a jam
Step 8
In a small bowl, add white chocolate chips in microwave and 30 seconds increments until softened add to a Ziploc bag and drizzle over top of the cooked chocolate bread
