* 1/3 poppy seeds
* 1 tsp sea salt

Here’s a step-by-step guide to making seed crackers:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine in a large bowl the seeds and water. Stir well and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
3. Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
