Ingredients
- 500g cocktail sausages
- 750g minimum of baby potatoes (chopped in half skin on) π₯
- 3 x carrots π₯
- 1 x can of chopped tomatoes π₯«
- 2 x tbsp tomato purΓ©e π
- 1 x onion π§
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Handful of fresh thyme & rosemary π
- 1-2 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano πΏ
- 150ml red wine π·
- 450ml beef stock
- 1-2 bay leaves π
- 1-2 tbsp of cornflour or gravy granules π₯
- 4 x garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper π§
1. Simply cook the sausages on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes
2. Add all ingredients to the slowcooker and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 on low.
Serve with extra mash and crusty bread with butter π₯ (Serves 4, Could stretch to 6 x portions)
