Healthy Microwave Popcorn
3 steps
Prep:2minCook:3min
Despite being thought of as a junk food during movies, popcorn can actually be a very healthy and filling snack if done correctly. It's time to ditch those microwave bags of popcorn which are full of trans fats, sugar, and PFAS chemicals. Going homemade is the way. Just pop some plain kernels in a brown paper bag in the microwave, season, and enjoy. This massive bowl of food has only 180 calories and over 6 grams of fiber, while taking less than 5 minutes to make!
