Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly mix all the ingedrients into dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into two parts - one is one-third of the total dough, and the other is two-thirds.
Step 3
Press the two-thirds part into the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 4
Spread the apricot jam over the dough.
Step 5
Grate the one-third part of dough over the top of the jam.
Step 6
Bake in oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7
Let it cool a bit, and cut it into squares, sized according to preference.
