Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients
Step 2
Heat milk, water and butter. It must just be warm.
Step 3
Mix the liquid into the dry ingredients and kneed softly for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Set aside to rise (15 minutes)
Step 5
Mix the filling into a soft paste. (brown suger and butter) Preheat oven to 180°C

Roll the dough out and spread the filling on it.
Step 7
Roll into a dough like Swiss roll, and cut into slices.
Step 8
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C

Step 9
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze, (cream, icing suger and vanilla essence) and pour over the buns whilst still hot.
Step 10
Serve hot or cold.
