Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together flour, baking powder, soda and salt
Step 2
Grate butter into biscuit mixture, then mix with hands until butter pieces are really small
Step 3
Stir in 2 eggs with wooden spoon
Step 4
Add buttermilk and mix with hands until a sticky dough forms. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight
Step 5
Preheat over to 400. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 6
Roll out biscuit dough. Cut out biscuits with biscuit cutter. Don’t twist cutter
Step 7
Line biscuits on baking sheet to where biscuits are touching each other
Step 8
Brush with 1 egg mixed with 1 tablespoon of buttermilk
Step 9
Bake for 17 and a half minutes. Eat with jam or jelly
