Tuna-Cabbage Salad
An extraordinarily tasty combination of great, healthy ingredients--the tuna with its good omega-3 oils, the 'SuperVeg' (cabbage), the tomatoes, the garlic and onion--all full of great micronutrients. Your family will enjoy this so much that you might find that these quantities only stretch for 2 people.
