Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Preheat air fryer to 350°
Step 2
Mix in yogurt until combined. Use hand if needed to lightly knead into a dough.
plain greek yogurt1 cup
Step 3
Turn onto floured surface and divide into 4 sections. Roll into 6-10” rope. Attach ends to form bagel shape.
Step 4
Mix together the sugars and cinnamon.
granulated sugar¼ cup
ground cinnamon1 tablespoon
brown sugar½ cup
Step 5
Wash each bagel with egg. And top with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Step 6
Place in air fryer (two batches may be best) and bake for roughly 10 minutes.
Step 7
Cool for a few minutes before slicing.
