Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C
Step 2
Cut a potato in half. Then halve each half, and cut each wedge in half again. so that in total you would get 8 wedges from one potato.
Step 3
Transfer it to the saucepan, add cold water and salt and bring it to the boil. Boil for 10 minutes then drain.
Step 4
In a large bowl combine boiled potato wedges, olive oil, garlic granules,dried basil, paprika, cornstarch salt and pepper. Toss well and transfer to the baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 190C (fan) for 50 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 5
Garnish with parmesan cheese and thyme leaves and serve with your favorite sauce.
