Easy pastry dough
The easiest, most delicious dough for sausage rolls, pies, almost anything... I stumbled upon this recipe in a small town school recipe book. I use this weekly to stock up on frozen lunch bags. My advertising (more photography) skills isn't so good, so I don't think my Pic is doing this recipe enough justice

Instructions
Step 1
Mix butter into flour and salt. Add water and vinegar to make dough. Let rest for 30min. Roll out, fill up with filling of choice and roll sausage rolls of choice. Brush with egg on top. Bake at 180°C for about 15min
