Step 1
In a large bowl combine flour and yeast, and mix well. Add salt and water and mix until combined. Start kneading(in a bowl) the dough and add a bit of oil from time to time until you use it all(knead for about 8-10minutes).

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 220C(fan)

When the dough is ready, slightly knead it again, then divide it into two equal parts

Transfer one part to the baking tray, covered with parchment, form a ball, and cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Then, form a sort of boat shape and dimple the dough.
Step 6
Make a hole in the middle and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Step 7
Repeat with the remaining dough.
Step 8
Brush with melted butter mixed with salt.
Step 9
Repeat with the remaining dough.
