Instructions
Step 1
Combine crushed biscoff biscuits and 100g melted butter and press firmly into a lined baking tray (I used a loaf tin).
Step 2
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.
Step 3
In a saucepan, continuously stir caramel ingredients over medium low heat for 7-10 minutes or until mixture thickens and is a dark golden brown.
Step 4
Pour caramel on top of the base and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until slightly set.
Step 5
Microwave chocolate for 30 second intervals stirring in between until melted and mix in biscoff spread.
Step 6
Pour melted chocolate on top of the caramel layer and top biscoff biscuits and chocolate chips.
Step 7
Chill in the fridge for a few hours.
