1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cupsalted butter

½ cuppowdered sugar

¼ cupall-purpose flour

⅛ tspsalt

2eggs
room temp

2egg yolks

Vanilla ice cream

Hot Fudge Sauce

¼ cupsalted butter

⅔ cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

8 ozevaporated milk
or half & half

¾ cupgranulated sugar

6 Tbspcocoa powder

¼ tspsalt

2 Tbspvanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425F. Grease a muffin pan with butter, and dust each muffin well with flour. Set aside.
Step 2
Start by preparing hot fudge sauce, if using. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter & chocolate chips, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Slowly whisk in the evaporated milk until combined. Then, whisk in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for 5 mins, until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 2-3 mins, stirring frequently.
Step 5
Remove and stir in the vanilla.
Step 6
Allow to cool and transfer it to a heat-safe jar. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
