Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the sides for easy removal.
Step 2
Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Step 3
Stir over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 5
Color the Fudge: Divide the melted mixture evenly into three bowls.
Step 6
Tint one bowl with red food coloring and another with green food coloring, leaving the third bowl plain.
Step 7
Layer the Fudge: Pour the red fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Next, layer the plain fudge on top of the red, followed by the green fudge. Gently swirl the layers together using a knife for a marbled effect.
Step 8
Add Sprinkles: If using, sprinkle holiday-themed sprinkles on top while the fudge is still warm.
Step 9
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
Step 10
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into small squares.
