Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Put the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl. Rub in the butter with your fingers until the mixture until it turns into breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Make a hole in the dry ingredients and add the milk and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula to a soft dough.
Step 4
Place the mixture onto a floured bench and gently knead into a rectangle, then flatten mixture with a rolling pin.
Step 5
Spread the butter over the dough and then sprinkle over the brown sugar, Cinnamon and Chai latte powder.
Step 6
Roll up the dough and seal the edge with a little water or left over butter.
Step 7
Cut the scones into 10 evenly sized pieces and place on a tray.
Step 8
Bake for around 12 minutes or until golden.
