medium, thinly sliced

250gmixed mushrooms

200mlheavy cream

1 tspgarlic

150gGorgonzola

100gGruyere

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Frybteh shrooms until crispy for 6 min.
Step 3
Heat the cream with garlic and Gorgonzola in a saucepan. Do not allow to boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Place half of them into a baking dish. Pour cream sauce over, then half the mushrooms and the Gruyere.
Step 5
Tehn do another layer like that. Top with Gruyere. Bake for 30min. Then let it rest for 10min.
