Instructions

Tartare sauce

Step 1
Mince the pickle and onion.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Fried onions

Step 3
Thinly slice the onion.
Step 4
Add the onions, flour and seasoning to a bowl and mix well.
Step 5
Deepfry the onions for about 1-2min until crispy and golden brown.

Burger patty

Step 6
Form the meat into a ball.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high.
Step 8
Add the ball to the pan and use a spatular to press it flat. Season with halt the salt and pepper. Fry for about 2-3min then flip.
Step 9
Again season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2-3min.

Burger

Step 10
Cut the burger bun in half. Roast them until golden brown.
Step 11
Meanwhile slice the pickle.
Step 12
Spread the bottom burger bun half with the tartare sauce and the upper with the ketchup.
Step 13
Top the bottom half with the burger patty, pickles and fried onions.
Step 14
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
