Step 1
Make the Gochujang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and maple syrup until smooth.

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup gochujang sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken strips and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.

Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
