Instructions

Prep Work

Step 1
Minced 6 cloves of garlic and shred 1 cup of parmesan.

Cooking

Step 2
Melt 4 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
Step 3
Once melted add your minced garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add 4 tbsp of tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.
Step 5
Add 1 shot of vodka and 2 cups of heavy whipping cream. Then bring to a simmer.
Step 6
Once simmering add the seasoning and then lower the heat. Finally add your 1 cup of parmesan.
