Step 1
Melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add carrots and minced onion. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Saute until tender
Step 2
Add rice, minced garlic, and dried minced onion. Stir for 1 minute
Step 3
Add dried parsley and chicken roth, bring to boil and cook rice.
Step 4
Stir in a few more tablespoons of butter and season. Add in chicken and stire
