Instructions

Step 1
Cook the noodles. Hardboil the eggs
Step 2
Heat up the oil. Fry the chopped spring onion till translucent
Step 3
Add the chopped chicken. Fry until cooked
Step 4
Add cube to water. Bring to boil
Step 5
Add noodles to broth. Stop heat
Step 6
Add the chicken and spring onion mixture.
Step 7
Add soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Optionally you can add chili
Step 8
Serve with a sliced egg per portion
