Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C(fan)/425°F/Gas 7.
Step 2

In a bowl, mix together the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and the juice of the lime.
Step 3

Put the salmon fillet onto a lined baking tray. Pour the chilli sauce mixture over the salmon.
Step 4
Cook the salmon for 17 minutes.
Step 5

Serve topped with fresh coriander (cilantro) and sesame seeds.
