For the glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Add ham onion bay leaf and peppercorns to a pot covered with water then bring to a boil lower the heat and half cover with a lid . Simmer for 90 minutes .


Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze then brush half over the ham and roast in a preheated oven at 200 c / 400 f for 30 minutes brushing with the rest of the glaze after the first ten minutes .







Step 3
Once Ham is a lovely rich color let it rest then carve . Enjoy !
