Pasta vodka sauce

Recipe: sautee 2 finely cut shallots in a tablespoon of butter until tender, then add 4-5 cloves of minced garlic, cook about 45 seconds, then add a whole little can of tomato paste, cook about 3 mins to remove the bitter taste, while on high, add 2-3 shots of any vodka, reduce by half then add about 2 cups of heavy whipping cream. Incorporate all of it by stirring on a simmer. Then add cooked pasta of your choice and about 2-3 ladles of the pasta water. Plate. Garnish and voila 🤌*add any protein you like*
