Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, black pepper, soy sauce, salt, and lemon juice. Whisk well.

Prepare Chicken: Pound and mark slits on the chicken, coat it with the marinade, and let it rest for 1.5 hours.

Green Sauce: Blend mayonnaise, yogurt, olive oil, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
Step 4
Roasting: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and roast for 40 minutes or grill until crispy.
Step 5
Garnish & Serve: Squeeze lemon over the chicken, garnish with cilantro, and serve with the green sauce.
