Instructions

Step 1
Mix pancake mix and sugar together. Add cubed, cold butter and mix in.
Step 2
Add in milk and vanilla and mix. Add in chocolate chips or blueberries and mix.
Step 3
Put parchment paper on cookie sheet. Put dough on parchment paper in a puck-shaped circle.
Step 4
Cut into 8 triangle pieces and separate them out.
Step 5
Sprinkle sugar over each slice.
Step 6
Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes.
