Instructions
Step 1
Cut bacon in half length ways, and then cut down the length to make small pieces. Put in the pan and cook on medium heat.

Step 2
While the bacon is cooking, cut your onions in half stem to root, then thinly slice. The thinner your onions are the faster you can carmelize them! It’s really a preference.

Step 3
Once the bacon is cooked, remove your bacon bits and keep the bacon grease in your pan, add the onions and 4 cloves of garlic. Stir the onions until they’re all covered.

Step 4
Add 1 TBS of soy sauce and stir in, or just drizzle across the top until you feel it’s right. Reduce heat and cook for roughly 20-30 minutes when all the onions are caramelized and soft.

Step 5
While the onions are cooking, grab a large glass bowl, place in your softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine.

Step 6
When onions are caramelized, remove from the pan, and add to your cheese mixture. When scooping out onions, try to drain grease off them. Stir into your cheese mixture.
Step 7
Portion out into 4 smaller containers, 2 medium, or one large! Sprinkle French fried onions on top and bacon if you want extra bacon flavor. Put in the oven at 350F for 20-30 minutes until you see boiling. Remove and serve. Can be stored in the fridge for later.
