Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Brown beef and sauté onion in a skillet
Step 3
While beef is cooking, cut peppers in half, removing seeds. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Add seasoning, cream cheese, and Rotel to beef. While the cheese is melting, bake the peppers for 5 minutes to soften.
Step 5
Remove peppers from the oven and stuff with mixture. Return to oven for additional 25 minutes.
