Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan on medium high heat then add the onion and fry until it’s a little golden

Step 2
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to clean them then add them to the with the stalk side up . Cook about three minutes being careful not to burn the onions then turn the mushrooms over when they are golden on one side .

Step 3
Cook the mushrooms another 4 minutes then add the garlic soy sauce and black pepper and cook for two or three more minutes

Step 4
Garnish the mushrooms with the parsley and serve
