Blueberry Cheesecake French Toast Bake

Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 9X13 pan, cut each biscuit into 5 pieces and place them in the bottom of the pan. There will be space between them as they will puff up when baking. Place cream cheese pieces around on the biscuits. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup together. Gently pour the egg mixture over the biscuits. Spoon in Blueberry pie filling. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes, make sure the center is set. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Optional garnish with whipped cream or more maple syrup.
