Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, food coloring, and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until dough forms.
Step 5
Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
Step 6
